Createra is a creator economy platform that allows content creators to upload, share, and monetize their video content. We provide tools for creators to build their audience, engage with their community, and earn from their content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You agree not to post content that:
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech or discriminates based on race, gender, religion, etc.
Contains explicit adult content
Promotes violence or self-harm
Spams or misleads users
Violates privacy or publicity rights
You retain all rights to the content you post on Createra. However, by posting content, you grant Createra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Creators can earn money through views, likes, and community support
Payments are processed monthly upon reaching minimum threshold
Createra reserves the right to modify revenue sharing terms with notice
You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes
You agree not to:
Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATERA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
