By accessing and using Createra.in ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Createra.in is a creator-first economy platform that allows content creators to upload, share, and monetize their video content. We provide advanced tools for creators to build their audience, engage with their community, and earn fairly from their content.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use this service.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities and content uploaded under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
You agree not to post, upload, or distribute content that:
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
Violates any intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights.
Contains hate speech, or discriminates based on race, gender, religion, caste, or sexual orientation.
Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented content.
Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous illegal activities.
Consists of spam, misleading metadata, or deceptive practices.
Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
You retain all ownership and copyright to the original content you post on Createra.in. However, by posting content, you grant Createra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (for formatting), and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.
Eligible creators earn a 70% revenue share from ads, tips, and community support.
Payments are processed weekly via UPI/NEFT upon reaching the minimum payout threshold.
Createra reserves the right to update revenue terms with a minimum 30-day prior notice.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying their applicable local taxes.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without explicit permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Createra's systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service, servers, or connected networks.
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Createra platform.
Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Createra, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATERA.IN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
