Creators retain all ownership rights to their original content.
By uploading content, you grant Createra a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free.
You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your content from the platform.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Createra, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (with specific URLs).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (email, phone, address).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send a DMCA takedown notice to createrasupport@gmail.com with all required information.
Our legal and moderation team will review the notice within 24-48 hours.
If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be promptly removed or disabled.
The content uploader will be notified and given an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification containing:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Createra has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may qualify as "fair use" under applicable law. Factors considered include:
